Dr Jane Weierbach is a Psychologist dedicated to equipping children, teens, and adults with effective skills to reduce stress and enhance health. Her comprehensive training and depth of experience provide a variety of clinically proven approaches to help people change behavior, improve coping skills and relationships, and restore balance in their lives.
Her personal practice and professional training in mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy offer a research-based “tool box” of resources. A few of these tools include the calming breath, thought re-direction, and focus on the present moment. She guides individuals and families to learn practical, positive ways to purposefully respond to challenges and change negative stress habits and reactions.
